Since 1979 I have handled personal and business bankruptcies, including cases under Chapter 7 (regular bankruptcy) and Chapter 13 (personal debt and small business reorganizations). We are the leading consumer bankruptcy firm in the county, handling more cases than any other firm. Consumer Law:
I am experienced in fighting mortgage foreclosures, unfair debt collection practices, and returning recently purchased, defective motor vehicles. Family Law:
More than thirty years of experience handling family law matters in three states includes contested cases such as: divorce, custody, support, and paternity actions.
