For most cases there is no charge for an initial one half hour consultation. All fee agreements are clearly explained and in writing. Civil Trials:

I have been Board Certified as a civil trial attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1996. I have jury trial experience in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan. I am experienced with personal injury cases involving motor vehicle collisions, product failures and defective design, slip and falls, and defamation (libel or slander). Additional trial experience includes will contests, boundary line disputes, gas rights/disputes, civil rights and employment discrimination, disputes with contractors, and adversary actions in bankruptcy cases.

Bankruptcy:

Since 1979 I have handled personal and business bankruptcies, including cases under Chapter 7 (regular bankruptcy) and Chapter 13 (personal debt and small business reorganizations). We are the leading consumer bankruptcy firm in the county, handling more cases than any other firm.

Consumer Law:

I am experienced in fighting mortgage foreclosures, unfair debt collection practices, and returning recently purchased, defective motor vehicles.

Family Law:

More than thirty years of experience handling family law matters in three states includes contested cases such as: divorce, custody, support, and paternity actions. My experience also includes non-contested matters such as drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, “living wills”, adoptions, and real estate closings.
